Refund Policy

Thank you so much for ordering from our small business!

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, let us know within 30 days of purchase and we will do our best to make it right!

If your order contains damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund within 30 days of purchase. We may request a clear photo showing the issue so we can relay the information back to our quality management team; however, you will not be required to return the damaged product.

If you order the wrong size or color, we offer a refund if the item is returned to us unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it within 30 days of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back; however, to help offset that cost, we will offer one $5.00 coupon toward your next purchase. 

Products are only eligible for a return/refund if returned unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it within 30 days of purchase.

CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES: Each piece is custom printed upon order, and orders are sent to production within 24 hours of order; therefore, order cancellations and changes must be made within 24 hours after order is placed.
